Help us keep food bank shelves stocked for over one million people in need.

Walter needs your help.

Susan runs a small food bank in our network and, like many in Ontario, her food bank offers a special holiday program to make sure no one has to spend this time of year alone. Their community turkey dinner offers a space of warmth and connection for those who don't have a place to spend the holidays.

The holidays can be a lonely time of year for seniors like Walter living on their own, and this year Susan is worried that her food bank doesn't have the resources to hold the event.

"Walter, a senior who’s been coming in for a while, told me that last winter was an especially solitary time for him, but that the community meal is a bright spot in a dark season.”

Unfortunately, with food bank demand nearly doubling over the past five years, many of Ontario’s food banks to stretch their resources so no one is turned away. This often means special programs like community meals are at risk.

Your generosity can help make sure Susan’s food bank stays open and that everyone who needs a warm meal can have it this holiday season.

And when you donate today, your generosity will have twice the impact. Thanks to our partner Evolve ETFs, your gift will be matched up to $10,000 until December 31, 2025.
